Follow-Up Lactation Consultation Available to families who have previously completed an initial consultation with Laura's Nursing Care & Lactation Support This follow-up visit is designed to reassess progress, provide ongoing support, and help you navigate new feeding challenges as your baby grows. Every visit is personalized to your family's needs and may include: ✓ Review of your progress since our last consultation ✓ Reassessment of feeding goals and concerns ✓ Updated personalized feeding plan ✓ Weighted feed before and after breastfeeding to assess milk transfer (when appropriate) ✓ Breastfeeding positioning and latch support ✓ Pumping assessment and optimization ✓ Flange sizing and pump equipment guidance ✓ Milk supply assessment and strategies to support production ✓ Bottle-feeding guidance and paced bottle-feeding techniques ✓ Return-to-work and pumping support ✓ Review of feeding frequency, diaper output, and weight gain concerns ✓ Guidance with common breastfeeding challenges ✓ Introduction of bottles, pumping, solids, or weaning support as appropriate for your baby's age ✓ Answers to your breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding questions ✓ Updated educational resources and handouts specific to your concerns ✓ Referrals to additional providers when appropriate ✓ Ongoing email support after your consultation for questions and continued guidance My Goal To provide continued support, encouragement, and expert guidance so you feel confident meeting your feeding goals as your baby grows and your needs change.
